Review of Panic Away
I had been dealing with panic attacks for years. It was something that kept me in fear of having these during those important moments of my life. I was fed up and decided to try the Panic Away program. And this is the review that I am giving it, something that fellow panic attack sufferers are going to find very interesting.
I had managed a real estate company and family for years; I had no time for myself and my spouse to just relax. Because of this I started to develop a ton of anxiety that later turned into full-fledged panic attacks. At first, I was just like everyone else thinking that they can deal with this and learn to manage it on my own. The stress started to mount as money trouble, conflicting work and family schedules and so forth started to bring me down. I became even more nervous and found that this was in every part of my life and started to affect every aspect. I started to argue with my family after coming home from a hard days of work simply because of the stress.
I found that I always feared when another panic attack would strike, and this is what brought a lot of my attacks on. I started to become anti-social, which was nothing like my old self that was happy all the time and ready for anything. I kept pushing away everyone, and I thought that I had reached the worse of the panic attacks that I had. But, I was very wrong.
I ended up not being able to sleep, which made it harder to concentrate and made me even more edgy. In the worst moments, I would even drink in order to relieve the stress that I was feeling, but this ended up in me losing my job and my marriage. I was at the point in which I was the lowest that I could possibly be, then a friend recommended the Panic Away program and this is what helped me to get my life back.
My friend used to have the same problems with panic attacks and had tried Panic Away. After two weeks of him using this, he said that he has not had a panic attack ever again. So I decided to try this, after all, anything at this point would be an improvement. And to this day, I say that it was the best move that I had ever made.
It has been three weeks since I have tried the program and my life has straightened out tremendously. I would say that the anxiety that I feel has been reduced by around seventy percent, and every day it seems that the anxiety decreases a bit more. The only drawback that I have seen with the program is the typing errors that could have been avoided through some serious proofreading, which won’t bother everyone else as it does me. I found that the program calmed my anxiety, erased the panic attacks and made me get my life back, so all in all, a few typing errors were well worth it.
All in all, it is the only thing that had helped me and I know that I am living proof that the strategies that are in the program are something that does work. Those that are dealing with the same problems should try Panic Away, as it will only help them to get back in control.
