<p>Through therapy, the person will find that they are going to discover the underlying cause of the problem and then learn why it is that this is causing them problems. For example, some people find that they get panicked when they are put into crowds of people that are going to cause them to feel a bit smothered. Other people will find that the throught of being in such a crowd is going to cause them to feel as though they are losing control. Once the underlying cause is found, the person will be introduced to this through small doses in order to help the person to overcome the fear that they are feeling. <p>The help that the person can get when they have anxiety is going to differ from one person to the next. There are those that will have an anxiety disorder, yet not have a panic disorder, while those that have a panic disorder most likely also have an anxiety disorder.</p>

<p>The symptoms of the anxiety disorder are usually best described as being a constant worrier. The person may be unable to sleep due to the worries that they have on their mind, which is going to lead to irritability, muscle tension, fatigue and restlessness. The person will find that when they have this that they are unable to get a good night&#8217;s sleep no matter what they do. Other symptoms that the problem is an anxiety disorder is that the person may have an increased heart rate all the time, which leads to further exhaustion, while also accompanied with being dizzy or short of breath.</p>
<p>The person will find that the symptoms of the panic disorder are going to be categorized mainly by having intense panic attacks that are constantly. Most people are finding that they have to have at least three panic attacks per week in order to be considered to have panic disorder. Yet, most of those that have this disorder are going to have at least one panic attack a day. They key to making sure that the person is not just having panic attacks is the extreme anxiety that they may feel that follows these panic attacks. They are going to find that this is what is going to make the doctor diagnose the person with the panic disorder.</p>
<p>When a person is diagnosed with either of these disorders, they are going to find that the usually course of treatment involves some forms of psychotherapy to try to get to the underlying cause of the problems that people have. They are also going to find that they must be put on some type of medication in order to get the symptoms under control and help the person to no longer be a victim or these to the point that they cannot function in life. <p>Feeling anxious and nervous to the point of feeling sick to their stomach is something that they feel. They will find that this can actually be followed by actual vomiting if the person has the attack for a prolonged period of time. They will find that this will not make them feel better; it will simply be something that they feel worse about after the attack has passed.</p>

In particular, the person will find that they are given serotonin ruptake inhibitors that are going to cause the person to avoid going into that flight or fight mode that causes the panic attacks in most people. <p>Many people are going to find that they are going to feel anxious and as though there is something to fear. This is usually experienced when the person is put into a situation in which they feel uncomfortable. For example, if the person has a fear of crowds, when they are in a crowded area, this can trigger the symptoms and they will experience the attack. While other people may find that just thinking about being in a crowd, can trigger the attack to come on.</p>
<p>The person may also find that their heart is beating rapidly and that it basically feels as though it is thundering in their chest due to the adrenaline that is running through their veins, as their bodies are basically having the flight or fight response. The person will feel nervous to the point that they are shaking and the color may leave their face as though they are severely frightened, which is the case since something has triggered this panic in the first place.</p>

<p>The use of Cognitive Behavior Therapy looks to examine the behavior that causes the panic attack to start. <p>One therapy that is gaining attention is exposure therapy that is allowing people to be exposed to that behavior that trigger the person&#8217;s panic or anxiety attack. It is believed that through more exposure that the person can walk away from the therapy with a better grasp on their anxiety or panic. Thus, they can eventually get so use to the behavior that use to bother them that they are able to diminish the anxiety and panic that they feel altogether.</p>
<p>There are medications that the person can take in order to overcome their panic and anxiety attacks, for example antidepressants and anti-anxiety medications that are meant to take a chemical approach to dealing with the problem that the person has. However, this is not something that most people want to take since this can have side-effects that other types of therapies are not going to have. The medication can give immediate relief, while therapy can take longer, yet be something that is more permanent.</p>
